* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...This Flood Watch includes extreme eastern Connecticut, central and eastern Massachusetts including the Cape and Islands, as well as all of Rhode Island.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals between 1 and 2.5 inches will be common across the region. Heaviest will be across eastern MA where a few locations may receive up to 3 inches of rain. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
