.DISCUSSION...

High pressure continues to build over the region Monday and
brings dry weather. Northwest winds will gust at times near 20
knots.Dry weather will continue through much of Tuesday. There is
a chance for scattered thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon as a cold
front approaches the region.

The minimum relative humidity will be 40 to 55 percent Monday and
50 to 65 percent Tuesday.

OUTLOOK...Wednesday through Sunday...

A cold front will sweep across New England Wednesday. Showers and
scattered thunderstorms ahead of the front will affect Southern
New England Tuesday evening through Wednesday. A few thunderstorms
may produce strong winds Wednesday. High pressure then brings
drier and cooler weather for Thursday through Saturday.
