Cold Weather Advisory issued January 30 at 11:36PM EST until January 31 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Boston/Norton MA

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern, northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and northern Rhode Island.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* INSTRUCTIONS...Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
