.DISCUSSION...
Sunny and dry weather is expected for today, with temperatures
possibly reaching the low 70s over western New England. Onshore
northeast breezes will result in cooler highs in the 50s near the
immediate coast. Good mixing will allow relative humidities to
fall to around 30-35 percent away from the immediate coast, but
stay above 50 percent along the immediate coast.
Similar overall conditions Tuesday with minimum RHs down in the
30- 35 percent range away from the coast, but with slightly
cooler temps near the coast keeping relative humidities around
50-65 percent.
.OUTLOOK...Wednesday Through the Weekend...
A few showers are possible Wednesday near the coast, but
widespread soaking rains develop late Wednesday night night into
Thursday. Below normal temperatures with periods of unsettled
weather will remain possible Friday into next weekend, but a
washout is not expected.
