.DISCUSSION...

A strong area of high pressure remains parked across eastern
Canada into Wednesday, this leads to mainly dry conditions. Only
exception, would be a spot shower for Cape Ann, Cape Cod, and the
islands.

Minimum value of relative humidity on Tuesday are between 40 and
60 percent west of I-95, while easter east are 60 to 75 percent.
As for Wednesday, values are between 60 and 85 percent. With the
highest values across eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island...
lower values further west in central Connecticut into western
Massachusetts.

Both days will feature breezy northeast gusts 15 to 25 mph.

.OUTLOOK...Thursday through Sunday...

Strong low pressure system follows with a period of heavy
windswept rain to southern New England sometime Thursday into
Thursday night. A few showers may linger into Friday but drier
weather is likely come this weekend.
